Joy's Creamy Cucumbers 1/2 package Joy's Dill Out! Dip Mix Dash of Joy's Hot Stuff Sauce 1 cucumber, thinly sliced 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup sour cream 4 teaspoons white vinegar 2 tablespoons fresh chives, snipped Freshly ground black pepper Sprinkle cucumbers with 1 teaspoon salt; chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes, drain and set aside. Combine Joy's Hot Stuff Sauce, Joy's Dill Out! Dip Mix, sour cream, vinegar, fresh chives, and black pepper to taste; pour over cucumbers. Chill in 'fridge for another 30 minutes, and serve! Yield: 4 servings. |
